San Carlo alla Molinella is the name we chose for our farm, an affectionate tribute to the toponym of the area where our estate lies. It stretches across 14 hectares of generous land, where we cultivate the fruits of our soil with passion and care.

We’re Nicolò, Rosa, Adriano, Federico, and Martina—the heart and soul behind this place. San Carlo alla Molinella is a family-run haven, and we pour our love, care, and passion into it every single day. We look after everything ourselves: from welcoming you with a smile, to caring for the garden, preparing breakfast, and making sure every little detail feels just right.
What fills us with joy is seeing our guests happy during their stay—and even more, when something special grows from that experience, something that feels like friendship, or even family. That’s what truly matters to us. It’s what keeps us inspired and always wanting to do better.
